In summary, you can expect:

• AVR / AVRE broken permanently
• Real ID / Cross-realm and cross-game Friends List enhancements
• Ruby Sanctum raid instance (however, the instance is not yet unlocked)
• Popout Chat Tabs
• Vote Kick cooldown in the Dungeon Finder will vary with the player’s history of behavior in dungeons. No cooldown if you rarely initiate votes or abandon dungeons.
